2Granny Smith applesor use other tart apples, diced
4stalks celerysliced
1/4 - 1/2cupwalnutscoarsely chopped
2tsp. reduced-fat mayonnaiseor use any variety
1Tbsp. pineapple juice
Instructions
Combine the apples, celery, walnuts, mayonnaise, and pineapple juice. (You can use the juice from a can of diced pineapple, and serve the pineapple separately.) Refrigerate it until ready to serve.
