12oz. broccoli slaw or coleslawsold with bagged salads
2Tbsp. mayonnaise
2tsp. Chinese or Dijon mustarduse wheat/gluten-free, if needed
1Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauceor use any variety; use wheat/gluten-free, if needed
1Tbsp.rice vinegar or rice wine vinegar
1Tbsp. honey
1Tbsp.toasted sesame seeds store-bought or homemade
Instructions
Put the broccoli slaw or coleslaw in a serving bowl. In a measuring cup or small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss it thoroughly. You can prepare it and store it in the refrigerator up to 2 days in advance.
