Tropical Mango-Lime Sorbet
Bright and refreshing. This is a fun dish to make with your kids and savor all summer long (or any time of the year when you crave a healthy, sweet treat)!
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen mango chunks
- 5/8 cup coconut water
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 lime juice only, about 1 tsp.
Instructions
- In a blender, puree all of the ingredients. Enjoy immediately or freeze it for up to 2 weeks.
