Baked Apricot Chicken (or Tofu)
This simple dish is a hit with adults and kids alike! Serve it with quinoa (which is kosher for Passover) and baby carrots with dip.
This is one of my family’s favorite salads. To make it kosher for Passover, serve without the peas and make sure to use kosher mustard. Serve it with Dr. Prager’s potato pancakes.
