Steamed Broccoli Tossed with Grated Parmesan Cheese
This super simple addition to a classic side dish we all grew up with, steamed broccoli, transforms it from ok to outstanding.
Ingredients
- 1 - 2 heads broccoli cut into spears, or 1 lb. frozen broccoli
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a medium stockpot, steam the broccoli in about 1 inch of boiling water for 8 - 10 minutes, to desired tenderness. Drain and toss with the cheese.
