Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups lowfat kefir or use strawberry or raspberry-flavored kefir or almond milk
  • 1 small cucumber peeled if desired, and cut into several chunks
  • 1 mango preferably frozen
  • 1 frozen banana or use avocado
  • 2 lime juiced
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds optional
  • 3 slices fresh ginger optional

Instructions
 

  • Blend everything together and enjoy!
