<description>I received this email with a few more favorites today:
Hi Aviva,
We have really been loving our subscription. Boy does it take a huge pressure off by not having to think at the end of the day. I am a busy mom that homeschool, works as a bookkeeper and trains for triathlons (my outlet). I have a wonderfully supportive husband who is home often to help since he is a flight attendant. He does the shopping and we share in the cooking.

Let me first encourage you to continue with the fish recipes. We try to eat fish at least once a week so are thankful you include it in the menu option. We love balanced meals that contain protein (whatever kind) and are lower in fat.

So far most of our favorites have been the fish. We love the savory mustard salmon and the corn meal crusted fish with black bean and corn salsa. Pasta wise, we loved the linguine (or spaghetti) with tomato, shrimp and feta that is then cooked in the oven. Vegetarian wise we have really enjoyed the summer vegetable polenta.

Thanks for all you do!
